AAH-I is an Africa focused international NGO that works with communities in Africa, particularly women, children and youth, to sustainably improve their quality of life. The health program focuses on building strong community-level structures to respond to the health needs of the most vulnerable particularly women, infants, children and youth. AAH-I is improving the health adolescents and youth by responding to their reproductive and sexual health needs.  The charity also ensures that communities are protected from infectious and communicable diseases. It provides access to safe water, adequate sanitation and hygiene for communities.
