The Community Health Academy offers free online courses on how to build stronger systems to support the community health workers through national programs. These courses will draw on the World Health Organization’s concept of the six building blocks of effective health systems – leadership and governance, health workforce, service delivery, health information, and supply chain and operations, and health financing, adding in community engagement as a critical component of systems design.
