In Ethiopia, FHI has focused efforts on community development and other areas of need to improve living conditions. FHI prepares communities for harsh environmental factors such as droughts and assists to improved agricultural techniques. Other areas of intervention include: access to clean water sources; supporting families to implement preventative measures to keep children healthy and safe; and training and education support.
