 Program/Project / by Nason Bimbe / 606 views

The NCD Synergies project is hosted by Partners In Health, which is part of the Global Health Delivery Partnership. The project includes Harvard Medical School’s Program in Global NCDs and Social Change, and Brigham and Women’s Hospital’s Division of Global Health Equity. NCD Synergies combines public sector accompaniment with clinical innovation to develop meaningful ways to prioritize the world’s poorest patients living with NCDs and injuries. It promotes knowledge sharing across countries and use policy and research to close the gaps in health care faced by the very poor and hardest to reach. Partner countries are Ethiopia, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Rwanda and Tanzania. The resources and tools section curates a set of research articles, planning tools, and materials of interest to those working to address non-communicable diseases and injuries in settings of extreme poverty.
