The UN Foundation links the UN’s work with others around the world, mobilizing the energy and expertise of business and non-governmental organizations. The UNF mobilizes results-driven and entrepreneurial partnerships with scientists, foundations, membership organizations, and faith communities to make a difference in the important work the UN does across a broad range of issues. The global issues that UNF focus on are: energy & climate; global health; supporting the United Nations through sister organizations; women & population; peace and security; and poverty eradication. UNF brings together all the parties to help foster global, lasting change. The Foundation has established more than 300 programmatic partnerships and works with over 40 UN agencies and more than 100 governments around the world.
