The research is organized into five research themes: behavior and health, cardiovascular disease and diabetes, cancer, health services research and end of life care. The PCU has rejoined the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) School for Primary Care Research, which is a partnership between nine leading academic centers for primary care research in England.
