The Doctors of the World network has more than 400 programs in over 80 countries. The vision of the charity is a world where barriers to healthcare have been overcome and where healthcare is acknowledged as a fundamental right. It works to ensure states uphold their commitments to provide equal and equitable access to quality healthcare services and medicines for everyone.
The activities of Doctors of the World include: providing urgent medical care; giving mental healthcare to refugees and strengthening health systems in west Africa to meet the health needs of vulnerable people globally.
