Mass General Brigham is an office of continuing professional development. It provides team-oriented, evidence-based educational activities that are designed to improve clinical practice, clinical decision-making, quality patient outcomes and safety, and advance professional development. The office supports educational interventions for health care providers throughout the US and around the globe, featuring primary source subject matter experts from many Harvard Medical School-affiliated hospitals, other top tier academic medical centers, and experienced clinicians and researchers working in a range of community based, long-term care, and rehabilitative settings. It is a priority to foster inter-professional education, thereby promoting team cohesion to improve patient care.
