Course objectives
By the end of this course students will be able to:
- Explain the current primary health care approaches and levers
- Explore challenges and opportunities in building and strengthening national primary health care systems
- Compare primary health care experiences of countries and contextualize the lessons learnt

The majority of the content is delivered to you through self-paced online learning modules, in which you can learn at your own pace, followed by virtual discussions with experts and leaders from Ethiopia and other countries.
In this course, you are expected to commit 8 – 12 hours (3 hours/week). It is a self-paced course in which you can learn at your own pace.
This course is intended for health professionals working in the health sector in Low and Middle income Countries.
